This week, I purchased a personal truck from them. Other auto dealers were charging around $27,500 for the EXACT same truck, I bought ours from Hemel's for $23,000. Before we even purchased, they dropped the truck off to me (I'm in Kalamazoo) and we kept it for 4 full days before making the decision.
I could not have asked for a better experience while dealing with this company. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from them.

The great folks at Hemel's have helped our family out so much through the years. From oil changes and loaner cars to a vehicle to fit everyone's needs, they have gone above and beyond what you would expect from a car dealership!
The first was a diesel truck for the company I run - We purchased 2 at the same time - one from Harold Ziegler, one from this company. Within the first month, there was a minor issue with both trucks. I called Harold Ziegler, they tried to charge me a little over $1,200 for the repair. I called Hemel's and the sales guy personally came and picked up the truck, fixed it, and had it back to me within days. I never saw a bill. On top of that, Hemel's truck was $17,900, Ziegler's was $22,500. We sold the Ziegler truck within the next 6 months because it kept breaking down and we discovered it was a terrible year (06 Ford Diesel)
